Frequent inter-organizational and outside.  May represent the company to outside organizations on technical issues.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>The annual salary range Werfen reasonably expects to pay for the position is $110,000 to $130,000.  Compensation is reasonably based upon multiple factors including education, relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, and specific needs of the business.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Minimum Knowledge & Experience Required for the Position:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Education: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge acquired through a Bachelor's, Master's Degree or Ph.D. Degree</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's plus 7 years of relevant experience or</li>\n <li>Master's plus 5 years of relevant experience or</li>\n <li>Ph.D. degree plus 0 - 1 year of experience</li>\n <li><p><strong>Hematology experience required, including expertise in blood analysis techniques, interpretation of hematologic data, and familiarity with relevant laboratory methodologies.</strong></p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Skills & Capabilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Technical leadership, problem solving skills, effective time management, team manage­ ment, effective in building cross-functional relationships and effective communication.</li>\n <li>Duties require broad use and application of scientific principles, theories and concepts in field of expertise.</li>\n <li>Strong oral and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Must demonstrate the ability to perform all duties and responsibilities higher than Scientist III level.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Travel Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Approximately 10% of time</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Closing</h2>\n<p>If you are interested in constantly learning and being challenged on a daily basis we encourage you to submit your resume or CV. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Werfen is an Equal Opportunity employer and is committed to a diverse workplace.
