    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Your Opportunity</strong></p>\n<p>We’re looking for an ICT Designer to join our Buildings Government Services team.<br><br>\n  &nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Your Key Responsibilities</strong><span><strong>  </strong></span>&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Technical day-to-day design of Telecommunications, Security and Audio Visual (A/V) construction documents with guidance from senior staff.</li>\n <li>Coordinate and prepare schematic design, design development, and construction documents with emphasis on Technology requirements (Telecom, Security, A/V).</li>\n <li>Building expertise with the latest design software (Revit) and BIM modeling.</li>\n <li>Perform site condition surveys.</li>\n <li>Review contractor submittals.</li>\n <li>Routinely support multiple design teams (projects) and deliver results, managing your time and contributions effectively to meet varying deadlines.</li>\n <li>Produce quality work using technology and methodologies that create innovative approaches to building design.</li>\n <li>Travel for this position anticipated &lt; 5% for cross-office collaboration and on-site client engagement.</li>\n</ul>",

Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.
