    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.46.11/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.46.11/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Project Manager Position Summary: &nbsp;</strong></p><p>The Project Manager will work with the national sales team to provide regional industry expertise and create competitive proposals driving new sales growth. &nbsp;Additionally, this role will work with the operations team to ensure all pertinent information is passed along to achieve operational and financial objectives.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Project Manager Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><ul type=\"disc\" data-pasted=\"true\"><li>Complete accurate takeoffs and generate competitive estimates/proposals from plans, other bid documents, site visits, and/or satellite imagery primarily related to landscape maintenance (inclusive of irrigation) and enhancement/ancillary opportunities</li><li>Coordinate with service partners when needed to ensure best pricing is being secured to meet financial objectives</li><li>Attend pre-bid meetings with sales team when and where appropriate</li><li>Assist operations team with sourcing new service partners/vendors where needed</li><li>Collect current vendor/supplier costs and continually update to provide for more accurate cost estimation</li><li>Ability to manage numerous projects at one time working with internal stakeholders to agree on priorities</li><li>Assist with snow removal and ice management takeoffs and estimates/proposals during non-peak landscape periods of the year (depending on region)</li><li>Participate in the creation of an &ldquo;in-house&rdquo; estimating system</li><li>Ensure a proper handoff from sales to operations on all awards providing clarity to how and what was proposed</li><li>Travel 10-20% as needed.</li><li>Other duties needed to help drive our vision, fulfill our mission and abide by our organizational values</li></ul></ul><p><strong>Project Manager Requirements:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite&nbsp;</li><li>Proficiency utilizing industry related estimating software</li><li>Interpersonal Skills: Works effectively with internal and external contacts, administrative staff, and employees at all organizational levels including senior leadership.&nbsp;</li><li>Thorough understanding of landscape &amp; irrigation maintenance practices, requirements, equipment, and processes</li><li>Ability to read and interpret plans, specification documents, and other associated documents related to creating competitive proposals</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree highly preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>5+ years of landscape maintenance experience required</li><li>3+ years of experience estimating/bidding large complex commercial landscape projects required</li><li>3+ years of experience in the snow removal &amp; ice management industry preferred depending on region</li></ul><p><br></p><p data-pasted=\"true\">Outworx Group and its family of companies is an EEO/AA Employer.
