The role plays a critical part in translating CR2’s strategic objectives into tangible customer outcomes, consistently exceeding customer expectations.</p>\n<p><br>Acting as the primary interface between customers and internal delivery teams, the Senior Project Manager drives seamless collaboration, transparent communication, and proactive risk and dependency management. This role requires a strong sense of ownership, a relentless focus on delivery excellence, and the ability to motivate and align cross‑functional teams around shared goals, ensuring outstanding performance and customer satisfaction.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br><span style=\"color: rgb(132, 63, 161); font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Project Planning & Execution</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure.</li>\n<li>Define clear project objectives, milestones, and deliverables.</li>\n<li>Ensure timely delivery within budget and scope, adhering to quality standards.</li>\n<li>Escalate roadblocks proactively to Account Management or Leadership.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Customer & Internal Communication</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the main point of contact for all project-related communication.</li>\n<li>Maintain transparency with stakeholders through regular updates.</li>\n<li>Foster a collaborative environment that supports feedback and continuous improvement.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Change Request Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead change request processes, ensuring minimal disruption and operational efficiency.</li>\n<li>Identify and remove blockers to maintain workflow momentum.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Risk & Issue Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify, assess, and mitigate risks before escalation.</li>\n<li>Implement risk response plans and resolve issues promptly.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Team Coordination & Leadership</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and accountability.</li>\n<li>Assign tasks, monitor progress, and drive a high-performance culture.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Reporting & Documentation</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain fortnightly internal project status reports.</li>\n<li>Provide structured customer reporting to manage expectations.</li>\n<li>Ensure documentation is current, accessible, and compliant.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(132, 63, 161); font-weight: bold\">Qualifications & Experience</span></p>\n<ul></ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 10 years of project management experience, including delivery of large‑scale Digital Banking and/or Payments programmes involving multiple stakeholders, vendors, and regulatory constraints</li>\n<li>Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional projects.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).</li>\n<li>Experience in banking, payments, or software systems is a plus.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Certifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: rgb(132, 63, 161);
