Responsibilities & Duties Follow procedures and direction from management Complete daily routes efficiently while meeting quality expectations Use appropriate equipment for each job site as specified Report equipment issues promptly to the Shop Manager Participate in on-the-job training, safety instruction, and equipment operation training Maintain a self-motivated, professional attitude Wear required uniforms and personal protective equipment at all times Maintain reliable transportation to and from work Qualifications & Skills Valid Washington State Driver’s License Clean, insurable driving record (MVR required) Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. Ability to walk, push, pull, bend, reach, and squat for extended periods Experience operating mowers, edgers, blowers, and other lawn equipment Truck and enclosed trailer experience preferred Must be 18 years of age or older Benefits Starting Wage: $22–$24 per hour (DOE) Monday–Thursday schedule (occasional Fridays during busy season) Washington State Sick Leave Overtime available during busy season On-the-job training and mentoring Incentive bonus for completing the full season Positive, supportive workplace environment Clean, well-maintained vehicles and equipment Opportunities for advancement within the company If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in quality work, and want to be part of a professional, team-oriented company, we’d love to hear from you.
