In this role, you will take full ownership of the daily operations, business development (BD), and relationship management for our Web3 fiat on/off-ramp services. Through data-driven operations and strategic configuration, you will optimize payment success rates and channel costs across various regions. You will also collaborate with product and engineering teams to build a compliant, efficient, and seamless global fiat gateway.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Core Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">1. Channel &amp; Commercial Ops</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Channel Acquisition &amp; Commercial Negotiation: Lead the outreach, negotiation, and contracting with global mainstream payment service providers (e.g., Worldpay, Thunes, Banking Circle) and regional Local Payment Methods (LPMs) to secure highly competitive rates and commercial terms.</li>\n<li>Channel Lifecycle Management: Maintain daily relationships with international financial institutions and payment processors. Conduct regular business reviews and effectively manage channel-related incidents, including technical upgrades, policy adjustments, and account freezes.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">2. Routing &amp; Cost Optimization</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Routing Strategy Configuration: Partner with Product Managers to design and dynamically adjust global smart routing strategies based on channel fees, success rates, settlement cycles, limits, and other key dimensions.</li>\n<li>FX &amp; Price-Lock Operations: Monitor daily foreign exchange (FX) operations between fiat and crypto. Manage spreads and slippage from price-locking meticulously to maximize platform profitability while ensuring an optimal user experience.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">3. Transaction &amp; Growth Ops</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Core Metrics Ownership: Take accountability for key performance indicators (KPIs) including fiat on/off-ramp transaction volume, payment success rates, and user retention.</li>\n<li>End-to-End Data Analysis: Establish daily operational reporting systems to monitor deposit and withdrawal flows. Identify friction points in the payment funnel (e.g., abandoned orders, failed payments, delayed crypto release) and deliver actionable operational solutions.</li>\n<li>Campaign &amp; Growth Operations: Design and execute localized promotional campaigns (e.g., zero fees for new users, FX subsidies) in key target regions to drive retail (C-end) user adoption of our on/off-ramp products.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">4. Settlement &amp; Risk Ops</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Clearing &amp; Settlement Follow-up: Supervise and collaborate with the finance team to ensure multi-currency reconciliation and settlement, maintaining a secure, closed-loop cash flow with zero unallocated balances.</li>\n<li>Risk &amp; Compliance Collaboration: Work closely with compliance and risk control teams to optimize front-end operational rules (e.g., limit management, high-risk region blocking) based on regional KYC/AML policies, maximizing transaction conversion within a compliant framework.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Requirements</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Professional Experience: 5+ years of experience in payment operations or internet finance, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in cross-border payments, global Local Payment Methods (LPMs), or Web3/crypto exchange fiat on/off-ramp operations.</li>\n<li>Channel Resources: Familiar with global mainstream payment aggregators and regional payment ecosystems (e.g., SEPA/Sofort in Europe, E-wallets/Virtual Accounts in SE Asia, Pix/Oxxo in Latin America). Candidates with a rich network of overseas payment channel resources are highly preferred.</li>\n<li>Data &amp; Strategic Capability: Highly data-sensitive with proficiency in full-funnel payment analysis. Deep understanding of underlying payment mechanics (settlement, billing, routing, etc.) and the ability to formulate operational strategies independently.</li>\n<li>Language Skills: English proficiency as a working language. Excellent cross-cultural communication and business negotiation skills, with the ability to independently engage with overseas financial institutions and channel vendors.</li>\n<li>Web3 Mindset: Passionate about and deeply knowledgeable in the Web3/Crypto industry, with a solid understanding of decentralized wallets, stablecoins (USDT, USDC, etc.), and global regulatory landscapes.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications (Plus)</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience studying or working overseas, or deep familiarity with the local culture and payment habits of a core market (e.g., Southeast Asia, Latin America, Europe).</li>\n<li>Proven track record of successfully building or scaling global fiat on/off-ramp transaction volume from scratch (0 to 1).</li>\n</ul>",
