Description

Job Summary: Are you passionate about helping individuals and families create lasting change? Join our compassionate and collaborative team as a Therapist , where you’ll make a meaningful impact every day. In this role, you’ll actively listen and engage with clients to assess their needs, develop treatment goals, and provide evidence-based interventions that promote healing and growth. You’ll have the opportunity to receive ongoing training and clinical supervision in areas such as comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic techniques — all while working under the guidance of a dedicated clinical supervisor. Key Responsibilities: Receive referrals and provide direct counseling services to children, couples, and families in need. Referrals can include from our Intact Family Services program, the surrounding parochial schools, and walk in referrals. Collaborate and consult with other program staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality care. Build and maintain effective partnerships with other agency programs and community service organizations for referrals and case planning. Complete case documentation, forms, and reports accurately and on time. Participate in regular clinical supervision and ongoing professional development. Perform additional duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: Education: Master’s degree in a human service field or related area (MSW preferred). Licensure: Must hold or be actively working toward LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT licensure. Experience: At least one year of supervised experience providing direct clinical counseling. Knowledge/Skills: Strong understanding of family systems theory and therapeutic practice. Demonstrated maturity, autonomy, and professional responsibility. Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
