This person will be responsible for producing accurate and timely estimates for landscape maintenance contracts (time and materials). Join our company, where we Welcome/Grow/Celebrate you at Juniper!</p>\r\n\r\n<p><u><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></u></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Complete landscape maintenance takeoffs and input data into Company estimating software accurately and in a timely manner</li>\r\n\t<li>Produce all estimates accurately and in a timely manner</li>\r\n\t<li>Provide value-engineering options to reduce costs without sacrificing quality</li>\r\n\t<li>Stay abreast of new products, product supply, and pricing</li>\r\n\t<li>Communicate with the purchasing department to confirm accuracy in cost</li>\r\n\t<li>Support and participate in the development, implementation, and refinement of department processes and innovations</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><u><strong>Requirements:</strong></u></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>3+ years&rsquo; experience in landscape and irrigation estimating, sales, or other related field preferred</li>\r\n\t<li>Advanced proficient knowledge of operating computers and computer software</li>\r\n\t<li>High school diploma</li>\r\n\t<li>College degree in related field is a plus but not required</li>\r\n\t<li>Credentialed landscape and/or irrigation professional is a major plus, but not required</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p>We Welcome/Grow/Celebrate you at Juniper!
