      "content": "\n<li>Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations including cognitive, academic, behavioral, and social-emotional assessment using standardized and informal tools</li>\n<li>Interpret assessment data, synthesize findings, and generate clear, actionable diagnostic reports and recommendations for educators and families</li>\n<li>Provide counseling and crisis intervention to students experiencing mental health emergencies, trauma, suicidality, or behavioral escalation</li>\n<li>Collaborate on special education evaluations, IEP development, and eligibility determination under IDEA and Section 504</li>\n<li>Provide consultation to teachers and administrators on evidence-based classroom management, positive behavioral support, and learning environment design</li>\n<li>Participate in threat assessment, crisis team planning, and school safety initiatives</li>\n<li>Support RTI and MTSS implementation and contribute to school-wide assessment and progress monitoring systems</li>\n"

      "content": "<ol>\n<li><strong>Education Specialist in School Psychology from a NASP-approved program, or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or Clinical Psychology</strong></li>\n<li><strong>National Certification in School Psychology or eligible to obtain</strong></li>\n<li><strong>Valid, unrestricted Tennessee School Psychologist license or certification</strong></li>\n</ol>\n<div>&nbsp;</div>\n<div><em>Current CPR certification, clear background check and proof of immunization status per district requirements</em></div>"
