You'll lead by example, develop future leaders, champion our culture, and ensure the business runs as beautifully as the blowouts we deliver. If you're equal parts coach, motivator, problem-solver, and business leader, we'd love to meet you.</p>\n<h3>What You'll Do</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead, coach, and inspire a team of stylists, front desk associates, and shop leaders to deliver the ultimate Drybar experience.</li>\n <li>Bring Drybar's Heart & Soul values to life every day through your leadership and actions.</li>\n <li>Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop top talent while building a strong pipeline of future leaders.</li>\n <li>Foster relationships with local beauty schools, industry professionals, and community partners.</li>\n <li>Create a positive, high-energy culture where people feel supported, challenged, and celebrated.</li>\n <li>Build genuine connections with clients and ensure every visit exceeds expectations.</li>\n <li>Own the business, including sales performance, staffing, operational execution, and profitability.</li>\n <li>Analyze shop performance and use key metrics to drive results and maximize growth.</li>\n <li>Resolve client and employee concerns with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment.</li>\n <li>Oversee scheduling, payroll, inventory management, and day-to-day operations to keep the shop running smoothly.</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>What We're Looking For</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>2+ years of management experience in a retail, hospitality, salon, or service-focused environment.</li>\n <li>Experience leading teams of 15 or more employees.</li>\n <li>A natural coach who loves developing people and helping them grow.</li>\n <li>Strong recruiting and talent development experience.</li>\n <li>A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.</li>\n <li>Proven ability to drive sales, manage operations, and achieve business goals.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.</li>\n <li>Salon experience and/or a cosmetology license is a plus, but not required.</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Why Drybar?</h3>\n<p>Because great hair isn't the only thing we create.</p>\n<p>We build careers.
