          "text": "<p><strong>EXPERIENCE &amp; BACKGROUND:&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Automotive, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, or Business related field of study required.</li><li>3-5 years (E3) or 5+ (E4) years experience in marketing, product management, technical sales, or technical project management.</li><li>Automotive / Diesel industry experience strongly desired.</li><li>Prior experience with pricing strategy and P&amp;L statements required.</li><li>Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).</li><li>Demonstrated strengths in project management, analytical skills and problem solving skills.</li><li>A self-starter, highly motivated, and capable of working in a dynamic environment.</li><li>Ability to read, understand, and communicate technical documentation across various audiences.</li><li>Experience with PowerBI, Microsoft Excel, Pivot Tables and Power Point.</li><li>SAP and experience with Bosch OE and MA processes preferred.</li><li>Ability and willingness to travel domestically &amp; internationally (10%)</li><li><strong>Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only.
