    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Job Title:&nbsp; &nbsp;Maintenance Technician III</strong></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong> Advanced-level position responsible for conducting and leading complex maintenance operations troubleshooting high-level mechanical issues and overseeing preventative maintenance programs. Acts as &nbsp;technical expert and mentor within the maintenance team, coordinates with vendors and contractors, and ensures reliability and safety of all CNC and facility systems.
