    "description": "<h2>All About You</h2>\n<p>The <strong>Installation & Commissioning Manager</strong> will be responsible for the development of ESS installation and commissioning processes, procedures/work instructions, plans, and coordination with field personnel and third party suppliers of I&C scope of work for Battery Energy Storage installations. Liaise with Saft ESS Sourcing and Project Managers to ensure project commissioning requirements are met on time and within budget. Coordinate with Saft ESS Quality & Safety managers to drive a \"safety first\" culture throughout the project during the I&C phase. Provide feedback to Quality and Engineering on issues discovered in the field, and support Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action plans to support Continuous Improvement activities.</p>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>BS degree or higher in Engineering or related discipline with supporting experience demonstrating electrical controls engineering competencies. Extensive industrial experience may be considered as an alternative to a bachelor's degree.</li>\n <li>A minimum of 10 years Engineering experience</li>\n <li>A minimum of 10 years engineering experience.Experience leading Installation & Commissioning of industrial projects in the Power Generation/Energy field. Management of technical team.</li>\n <li>Battery product knowledge.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinate the activities for teams of Field Service Engineers, Technicians, and subcontractors who execute installation and commissioning tasks based on Customer and Project requirements.</li>\n <li>Create project commissioning plans in support of new ESS projects in the Americas region.</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain ESS I&C standard documentation, such as: scope of work instructions, training, quality & safety requirements, etc.</li>\n <li>Select, train, and qualify sub-contractors for I&C work scope in collaboration with ESS Sourcing Manager</li>\n <li>Develop request for quotation packages for sub-contractor I&C contracts. Liaise with ESS Sourcing and Legal teams in developing I&C subcontractor contracts.</li>\n <li>Provide feedback from field experience to ESS Quality and Engineering teams so trends can be determined, and product improvements can be implemented.</li>\n <li>Provide technical support to Field Service Technicians, Engineers, and subcontractors.</li>\n <li>Drive Safety first culture to I&C processes and execution activities.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with ESS Quality and Safety Managers.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Whether you are just getting started or are an experienced professional, we offer a robust total rewards package to include generous compensation based on market standards, healthcare, wellness, adoption assistance, discounted stock purchase, career development and recognition programs.
