    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.13.17/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.13.17/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p><strong id=\"isPasted\">McGregor PACE</strong>, a community based <strong>Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly</strong>, takes great pride in the provision of comprehensive services for frail older persons.</p><p>We are expanding into Lorain County and have an employment opportunity for an experienced <strong>Home Care Scheduler</strong> who is a <strong>certified Home Health Aide, CNA, or STNA</strong> seeking a stable but &quot;flexible&quot; work schedule whose primary duties are to coordinate Home Care Staffing for program enrollees and provide &ldquo;back-up&rdquo; direct care services in the home as needed.</p><p><strong><em><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><u>This is a part-time position - M-F - 8 am- 1 pm</u></span></em></strong></p><p>Duties and Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Coordinates the provision of 24-hour care delivery and direct home care nursing services in participants&#39; homes to ensure quality services that meet participants&#39; needs</li><li>Provides support to office staff, customer service needs, answering phones, copying, filing</li><li>Responsible for the day-to-day personal care and safety of the participant.</li><li>Assists with activities of daily living (ADLs), including: personal care, toileting, bathing, ambulation, feeding, dressing</li><li>Responsible for light housekeeping, laundry, and assisting with meal preparation as needed</li><li>Communicates status changes and relevant participant information to supervisor or designate staff as relevant</li><li>Completes required documentation, according to organizational guidelines and time frames</li></ul><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>High school diploma or G.E.D.</li><li>Home Health Aide certification or STNA (state-tested nursing assistant) or CNA (certified nursing assistant)</li><li>1 year of experience working with frail, older adults, or persons with special needs required; prior experience with dementia patients, desirable</li><li>Valid Ohio driver&#39;s license or State of Ohio identification and reliable transportation</li><li>Ability to lift or move 50 - 75 lbs</li></ul><p><br></p><p>EOE.
