This role requires strong bilingual communication skills (English and Korean) and proficiency in enterprise resource planning systems to ensure seamless production operations and accurate supply chain data management.</span></p><hr><h2><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Key Responsibilities</span></h2><ul><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Plan and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules aligned with sales forecasts, inventory availability, and material constraints</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Manage production plan changes and adjust schedules based on demand fluctuations, raw material availability, production delays, or quality issues</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Manage production schedules and versions in SAP and MES systems, including creating and revising production versions as needed</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Maintain accuracy in SCM-related systems (ERP/WMS) and support data integration between WMS and internal databases</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Summarize production results daily, weekly, and monthly;
