Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service that reflects our company's commitment to quality and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping others. career in the production industry and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints and determining the cause. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools. Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Customer Service Specialist or similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
