Description

Housing Visions is looking for great people to join our team! The Maintenance Technician position is a Part Time position, Monday – Friday 7:00 am - 11:00am at our Cortland office located at 165 South Main St. Must be available for rotating on call evenings and weekends. Salary range is $21-$23/hr. DOE. Housing Visions offers: 401(k) and Roth Employer 401(k) & Roth Match after 1 year (up to 5%) Paid Parental Leave 2 weeks paid time off 56 hours of sick pay 12 paid holidays Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician will perform a wide variety of electrical, plumbing, carpentry and general building maintenance and repair functions related to the care and maintenance of Housing Visions residential units. Occasional night and weekend hours; also must take on call hours on rotation.
