Provides medication administration and/or reminders in accordance with policies and procedures. We are willing to train you to be a great caregiver!</li>\n <li>Completion of the DHS 6-hour Direct Care training course <em>(must be completed online within the first week of employment)</em></li>\n <li>Completion of the DHS Medication Administration course <em>(must be completed within the first 30 days of employment at the community)</em></li>\n <li>CPR and first aid certified or willingness to become certified</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Team members are eligible for a generous benefit package including health benefits (medical, prescription, dental and vision), flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability programs, 401(k) plan (with 4% company match after one year of employment), paid time off and holidays, and much more!
