    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Description</span></p>\n<p>Provide engineering support for aircraft carrier Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical (HM&amp;E) systems, maintenance planning, modernization, lifecycle sustainment, and data analysis.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide technical engineering support related to HM&amp;E systems</li>\n<li>Support development and refinement of Class Maintenance Plans (CMPs)</li>\n<li>Support modernization planning and execution activities</li>\n<li>Analyze maintenance, risk, and material condition data</li>\n<li>Assist in development of lifecycle sustainment strategies</li>\n<li>Organize and analyze engineering and maintenance data</li>\n<li>Develop and maintain technical metrics and reports</li>\n<li>Support shipboard systems engineering analysis and maintenance planning</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering required</li>\n<li>Minimum 5 years professional engineering experience required</li>\n<li>10+ years professional experience preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Systems, Tools, and Framework Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Engineering lifecycle management systems</li>\n<li>Maintenance and modernization data repositories</li>\n<li>Technical reporting and analytics tools</li>\n<li>Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) methodologies</li>\n<li>Navy maintenance planning systems</li>\n<li>Microsoft Office Suite</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Specialized Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Data analytics</li>\n<li>Aircraft carrier maintenance and modernization</li>\n<li>Naval ship design, construction, or maintenance experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Equal Opportunity Employer Statement</span></p>\n<p>We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and strive to provide equal employment opportunity to all applicants and staff in accordance with sound employee relations practices and federal and state laws.
