Must be able to effectively manage projects that range in varying size and complexity. Must be able to manage projects with a direct hire scope of 2MM – 3.5MM manhours. Must be able to apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize employee performance. Must have sound knowledge of cost and schedule adherence. Additionally, you must possess the skills to employ tact, diplomacy and influence.  </p>\n<p>​ </p>\n<p>​Must possess the required skills to understand and manage the inter-working relationships between various craft trades including (sub-contractors, and the ability to anticipate and implement corrective actions to limit potential labor-related disputes. </p>\n<p><strong>​</strong><strong>Computer Skills and Digital Collaboration Expectations</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>​Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required for effective communication, reporting, and documentation. </li>\n <li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams is required, including participation in virtual meetings, collaboration through chat and channels, document sharing, and coordination with distributed project teams. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>​Ability to effectively use digital tools to support project coordination, reporting, scheduling updates, and communication across engineering, procurement, construction, and client teams. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>​Comfort working in a technology-enabled construction environment, including use of laptops, tablets, and mobile devices to access drawings, schedules, procedures, and project data. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>​Willingness to adapt to evolving company systems, software platforms, and digital workflows as project and business needs change.​ </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>TYPICAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>​​Report to the assigned AOM, VP of Field Operations, and Sr. VP of EPC and Construction.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>​Make decisions and recommendations, which can greatly impact corporate relationships with clients and project profitability. Plan, organize and staff key field positions through department heads. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>​Implement, manage and provide safety leadership to ensure zero injury safety results. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>​Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of corporate policy. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>​Initiate and maintain liaison with prime client and engineers to facilitate construction activities. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>​Monitor/control construction through administrative direction of on-site Superintendents to ensure project is built on schedule and within budget; investigate potentially serious delay situations and implement corrective measures. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>​Represent the Company in project meetings, assist in any labor negotiations/strategy meetings, etc. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>​Manage financial aspects of contracts (fee payment, rental equipment, income/expenses, etc.) to protect the Company’s interest and simultaneously maintain a good relationship with the client. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>LANGUAGE SKILLS</strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p>Ability to read, analyze  and  interpret engineering design drawings,  technical procedures  and  specifications, governmentregulations, business correspondence  and manuals. Ability to write reports, business correspondence  and  procedures.  Ability to communicate directions effectively  verbally  to  craft supervisors and respond to questions from clients, managers, and fellow workers. </p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>MATHEMATICAL SKILLS</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>​​Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations​ </p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS</strong></p>\n<p> ​​​</p>\n<p>Conduct work in operating facilities and/or construction sites. This requires the ability to hear, as well as the ability to stand, walk, reach, climb and balance, clear close and distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.  Lifting to 50 pounds may be required.​​  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>WORK ENVIRONMENT</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>​​​The normal work environment will be a field office with moderate noise.  May visit or be assigned to an operating plant and reside in an office on-site for the duration of a project.  This may require exposure to outdoor weather conditions, loud noise, work near moving mechanical parts, electrical energy, construction equipment, vibration, fumes, chemicals, and airborne particles. </p>\n<ul>\n <li>​This position requires the ability and willingness to travel and work on project sites located away from the employee’s home base, including extended assignments for the duration of project execution. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>​Project assignments may require temporary relocation, rotational schedules, or extended work weeks based on project needs, contract requirements, and execution priorities. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>​Travel may include domestic and/or international assignments, depending on project scope and business requirements. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>​The Construction Manager is expected to remain flexible and responsive to changing project locations and schedules, consistent with business needs. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>​Travel and per diem arrangements, if applicable, will be administered in accordance with company policies and project-specific requirements. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#LI-Onsite </p>",
