    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong><u>JOB SUMMARY:</u></strong> The Field Merchandising Trainer plays a critical role in supporting Excell Brand&rsquo;s retail locations by delivering high-quality training, hands-on merchandising, and critical administrative tasks to make their district and region successful. This full-time position is responsible for enhancing field performance, maintaining operational consistency, and ensuring exceptional service standards.
