    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>We are seeking a Director of Distribution Reporting & Analytics: Business Intelligence to assist in delivering strategic reporting, analytics, and insights in support of our Distribution organization. This role partners closely with the Head of Distribution Business Intelligence, Distribution leadership, Finance, and Distribution COO to deliver executive-ready analytics that inform business decisions, drive growth, and improve distribution effectiveness.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The ideal candidate brings asset management distribution experience combined with strong grounding in distribution analytics, corporate strategy, and/or FP&A, and is comfortable translating data into insights for senior leaders. This is a highly visible, hands-on role with the opportunity to grow scope and influence overtime.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 4 days per week.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Location(s): Charlotte NC, Milwaukee WI, Boston MA, New York NY, San Francisco, CA</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Reporting and Analytics:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support and enhance reporting and analytics across distribution channels (e.g. intermediary, institutional and international)</li>\n <li>Lead development of management and executive reporting, dashboards and recurring deliverables</li>\n <li>Help ensure reporting is accurate, consistent and aligned with business priorities</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Business & Strategic Analysis: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Partner with Distribution leadership to analyze performance trends, growth opportunities and areas of risk</li>\n <li>Apply financial and strategic analysis to understand key drivers of sales, assets, revenue and pipeline</li>\n <li>Support strategic initiatives such as coverage models, client segmentation, product distribution analysis, and compensation-related analytics</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Sales and Client Analytics: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Execute on Client 360 reporting initiatives, including pipeline, activity, performance, opportunity and client penetration</li>\n <li>Translate sales and client data into practical insights that inform leadership discussions and decision making</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work closely with Distribution leadership and Finance to align on metrics and business definitions</li>\n <li>Serve as a trusted analytics partner to stakeholders by clearly explaining results and implications</li>\n <li>Support executive communications through strong analysis, storytelling, and presentation materials </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Data Quality and Process Improvement: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Help maintain data quality standards and validation process across reporting and analytics</li>\n <li>Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, improve automation and enhance usability of analytics tools</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>5+ years experience asset management industry, with exposure to distribution, sales analytics, finance or strategy</li>\n <li>Background in distribution business intelligence, FP&A, or corporate strategy preferred</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of asset management products (e.g. mutual funds, ETFs, SMAs, Separate Accounts, CITs, UCITS)</li>\n <li>Demonstrated knowledge of distribution dynamics across markets, products, competition and end clients, applying this knowledge to analytics and business insights</li>\n <li>Ability to translate data into clear insights for business and senior leadership audiences while supporting business discussions through strong preparation, structured thinking and consultative problem solving</li>\n <li>Experience leveraging tools and processes (e.g. CRMs, reporting systems) to improve decision making and business management</li>\n <li>Highly skilled in connecting market trends, competitive positioning and client needs to business performance and strategic recommendations</li>\n <li>Ability to collaborate with Distribution, Finance and Technology partners while communicating insights clearly and influencing outcomes</li>\n <li>Strong business writing, presentation, and communication skills</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint</li>\n <li><p>Remain in stationary position for prolonged periods of time</p></li>\n <li><p>Operate computer programs and software</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to communicate effectively with audiences in person and in electronic formats</p></li>\n <li><p>Day-to-day contact with others (co-workers and/or public)</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to work in a collaborative business environment in close quarters with peers and varying interruptions.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field</li>\n <li>Experience with BI visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) a plus</li>\n <li>Prior experience supporting senior leaders, management reporting, or strategic planning processes</li>\n <li>Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities</li>\n <li>Intellectual curiosity and desire to grow into broader leadership responsibility</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>Please note</strong></em><em>: This position does not offer sponsorship for employment visas.
