Resident Engineer (Advanced Services) – Mexico About Radware & Advanced Services Radware is a global leader in application delivery and cybersecurity solutions, enabling organizations to ensure the availability, performance, and security of their critical digital services. The Advanced Services team partners closely with customers to provide deep technical expertise, proactive guidance, and rapid response to complex challenges. Acting as a trusted advisor, the team helps customers maximize the value of their Radware solutions while maintaining a stable and secure environment. Position Overview The Resident Engineer (RE) serves as a dedicated technical expert embedded within a strategic customer environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, stability, and security of Radware solutions while building strong relationships with customer stakeholders. The RE operates as a trusted advisor, bridging the gap between the customer, support, and R&D, and plays a key role in both day-to-day operations and long-term technical strategy. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the customer’s Radware environment Provide ongoing operational support, configuration, and optimization of Radware solutions Proactively monitor system health, performance, and security posture Lead and manage complex troubleshooting, including high-severity incidents and escalations Work closely with internal teams (Support, R&D, Product) to drive resolution of critical issues Deliver regular status updates, reports, and technical briefings to customer stakeholders Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement, and drive corrective actions Support upgrades, migrations, and new feature implementations Ensure best practices are applied across architecture, configuration, and operations Act as a technical advisor, aligning solutions with the customer’s business and technical goals Required Qualifications Proven experience in networking, application delivery, or cybersecurity environments Strong troubleshooting skills in complex, production environments Hands-on experience with technologies such as: Load balancing / ADC Web application security (WAF, DDoS protection) TCP/IP, HTTP/S, DNS, SSL/TLS Experience working directly with enterprise customers Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with Radware solutions (e.g., Alteon, DefensePro, Cloud WAF) Background in managed services, professional services, or technical account management Familiarity with automation and scripting (Python, APIs) Experience working in globally distributed environments Key Competencies Customer-first mindset with strong ownership Ability to translate technical issues into business impact Proactive problem-solving and critical thinking Strong collaboration across cross-functional teams High accountability and attention to detail What Success Looks Like Stable, optimized, and secure customer environments Fast and effective resolution of critical issues High customer satisfaction and trust Clear visibility and communication across all stakeholders Continuous improvement of customer architecture and operations
