Maintains a qualified, sufficient pool of rovers for back fill of vacant positions as needed</li><li>Maintains and publishes weekly Open Post List and interacts with HR and recruiters to fill posts with qualified licensed security officers</li><li>Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs</li><li>Review reports on incidents and breaches</li><li>Investigate and resolve issues</li><li>Reports to Account Manager through the District Manager</li></ul><p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p><ul><li>Prior security industry and/or military experience preferred. College degree or coursework desirable</li><li>Minimum 1 year of professional-level experience required, managing non-exempt employees in a fast-paced, service organization. Prior experience in the security industry, law enforcement, military and/or customer service highly desired. Experience in scheduling, operations and/or employee management in a service-related industry a significant plus</li><li>Knowledge of security protocols and procedures</li><li>Ability to write effective and concise reports</li><li>Demonstrated working knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft Office software mandatory. Ability to learn and efficiently operate various timekeeping and payroll programs, such as WinTeam and eHub</li><li>Proven experience as supervisor or similar position</li><li>Must be able to work nights and weekends</li><li>Ability to successfully interact with all levels in the organization, including with Security Professionals, managers and clients in a courteous and professional manner, while functioning as a team player. Must demonstrate an effective ability to de-escalate situations before they become hostile or unpleasant</li><li>Professional, articulate and able to use good independent judgment and discretion</li><li>Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required.
