This role interfaces with all operational areas—including Contracts, Program Management, Engineering, Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Test, Manufacturing Engineering, SMT, Machine Shop, Stockroom, Shipping/Receiving, and Quality—to ensure workflow efficiency, data integrity, and system reliability.The role owns the architecture and data flow of the Deltek Costpoint ERP system and leads integrations between enterprise systems.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Enterprise Systems Ownership & Integration</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Fully own the design of system architecture and data flow for Deltek Costpoint ERP.</li>\n <li>Lead integration efforts between various business systems.</li>\n <li>Maintain systems currency and oversee ERP updates and migrations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Business Process & Workflow Optimization</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Drive workflow effectiveness to improve processes, efficiency, quality, and schedule.</li>\n <li>Build, maintain, and automate workflows to reduce manual work.</li>\n <li>Ensure efficient electronic, paperless workflow between design and manufacturing.</li>\n <li>Identify and evaluate opportunities to apply AI tools.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Cross‑Functional Collaboration</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Serve as liaison between end users, business units, consulting teams, corporate partners, and system OEMs.</li>\n <li>Translate business needs into actionable plans and functional requirements for software OEMs.</li>\n <li>Communicate user feedback, issues, and enhancement requests clearly and effectively.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Project Management</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage all business system implementation projects, ensuring delivery within budgets and schedules.</li>\n <li>Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), collect feedback, and ensure stakeholder alignment.</li>\n <li>Systems Administration & Data Support</li>\n <li>Develop reports to support data analysis and operational visibility.</li>\n <li>Manage multiple SharePoint sites and document libraries.</li>\n <li>Coordinate with IT and developers to ensure solutions meet security and technical standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Training, Documentation & Support</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Deliver user training and create documentation, SOPs, and basic security awareness guidelines.</li>\n <li>Work with leadership to identify hardware needs and assist in selecting equipment.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in business management with 9 years prior related experience, Masters with 7 years prior related experience. </li>\n <li>ERP System Administration experience.</li>\n <li>Experience with Deltek Costpoint ERP (required).</li>\n <li>SharePoint experience (required).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Microsoft Power Automate experience.</li>\n <li>Microsoft Power BI experience.</li>\n <li>Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).</li>\n <li>Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).</li>\n <li>Familiarity with ISO and AS9100 standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Core Competencies</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong understanding of ERP architecture and system integrations.</li>\n <li>Ability to drive cross‑functional alignment and workflow improvements.</li>\n <li>Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.</li>\n <li>Strong project and change management capabilities.</li>\n <li>Ability to balance technical depth with business needs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Stellant Systems is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
