Position Overview IJGlobal (a Green Street Company) is seeking a driven and team-oriented Account Executive to join our high-performing commercial team. This quota-carrying role is focused on generating new business across the infrastructure and energy markets. As an Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in expanding IJGlobal’s market presence by identifying and converting qualified leads into long-term clients. Working with an entrepreneurial spirit, the ideal candidate brings energy, urgency, and initiative to every stage of the sales cycle. This is a unique opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the continued growth trajectory of IJGlobal – part of the Green Street family. Job Responsibilities Drive new business by engaging qualified leads through strategic outreach, including phone calls and personalized email campaigns Manage and grow a sales pipeline using discretion, independent judgment, and initiative Accurately track sales activities and forecast revenue through Salesforce Develop and execute a high-volume sales plan to boost revenue and build brand visibility Meet and exceed key performance metrics, including outreach and engagement goals Prospect new opportunities while effectively managing multiple leads through the sales funnel Synthesize and leverage market data to craft relevant, tailored outreach Collect and document prospect feedback to refine messaging and improve sales strategies Candidate Profile 2-3+ years of proven success in enterprise B2B sales, business development, and strategic lead generation within infrastructure, energy, or financial markets Proven ability to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth Bachelor’s degree preferred Strong understanding of financial concepts and market dynamics (infrastructure and energy knowledge a plus) Must be based within commuting distance of our New York office or willing to relocate; hybrid work arrangement with in-office presence at least 3 days per week Compensation, Benefits and Work Authorization In addition to the posted base salary range, this position is eligible for commission and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here . Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.
