    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Worthington Enterprises is seeking <strong>Production Associates on the 2<sup>nd</sup> and 3<sup>rd</sup> shifts.&nbsp;</strong>This position is responsible for safely manufacturing quality parts on a fast-paced assembly line.</p><p><strong>Shifts:</strong>&nbsp;2<sup>nd</sup> shift –3pm to 11pm (Monday through Friday) &amp; 3<sup>rd</sup> shift – 11pm to 7am (Sunday through Thursday).</p><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Competitive Pay:</strong>&nbsp;Starting at $19/hour, plus a $1.50/hour night shift differential.</li><li><strong>Signing Bonus: </strong>$1,500</li><li><strong>Overtime Pay:</strong>&nbsp;Time-and-a-half for hours over 40/week and double-time for hours over 48/week.</li><li><strong>Profit Sharing:&nbsp;</strong>Quarterly profit-sharing with no cap.</li><li><strong>Comprehensive Benefits:&nbsp;</strong>Health, dental, and vision insurance starting day one, with HSA contributions included.</li><li><strong>Perks:</strong>&nbsp;On-site barbershop.</li><li><strong>Career Growth:</strong>&nbsp;Opportunities for training, career development, and tuition assistance.</li><li><strong>Paid Parental Leave:</strong>&nbsp;Available for all regular full-time employees.</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Perform assembly, testing, material handling, welding, press room operation, and paint line operation.&nbsp;</li><li>Follow detailed production instructions to manufacture quality parts safely.</li><li>Detect and address defects and quality issues. Accurately count, label, and handle small parts.</li><li>Maintain safety standards by following all policies and procedures.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to handle physical, repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.</li><li>Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.&nbsp;</li><li>Basic math and computer skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to read and follow detailed instructions.&nbsp;</li><li>Familiarity with part numbers, sizes, and quality detection.&nbsp;</li><li>Forklift and crane licenses are a plus.</li><li>Basic English proficiency is required&nbsp;to read safety instructions, understand work orders, and communicate with supervisors and coworkers.</li><li>Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English.</li></ul><p>Our Company is proud to have a dynamic and inclusive workforce where employees are empowered to innovate, thrive and grow.
