This role is critical to maintaining efficiency, safety, and reliability within our manufacturing process at Drylock Technologies.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Operate assigned machinery in accordance with established safety standards and production procedures.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Monitor machine performance, identify abnormalities, and make necessary adjustments.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime and escalate technical issues as needed.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Complete required documentation, including production logs, quality checks, and shift handoff reports.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Conduct routine equipment inspections and support preventive maintenance activities.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain a clean and organized work area that aligns with Drylock&rsquo;s safety and 5S expectations.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Work collaboratively with Adjusters, Machine Responsibles, Shift Leads, and Quality teams to ensure product quality and efficient operations.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and process instructions.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>3&ndash;5 years of manufacturing experience</strong> in a fast‑paced production environment OR combination of manufacturing experience and related education.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Machine operator experience required</strong></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Strong technical aptitude</strong> with the ability to learn equipment operation, interpret machine indicators, and perform basic troubleshooting.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:.5in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:.5in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:.5in;\"><br></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to stand for long periods, lift materials up to 50 lbs, and work in a high‑speed manufacturing setting.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and reliability.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Preferred Skills</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience in hygiene, paper, or high‑volume consumer goods manufacturing.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Familiarity with SAP, MES, or similar production reporting systems.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p></div>\n",
