Own the full stack—from endpoint management to network configuration to cloud resource governance.</p>\n<p>🤖 <strong>AI-NATIVE OPERATIONS</strong><br>Operate as a true AI-native practitioner. Actively use AI tools (such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and AIOps platforms) in your daily workflow to accelerate root cause analysis, generate runbooks, draft communications, and surface patterns in system data. Continuously identify where AI can reduce manual effort and improve IT outcomes—then implement it.</p>\n<p>⚙️<strong> AUTOMATION &amp; WORKFLOW ENGINEERING</strong><br>Design, build, and maintain automated workflows that eliminate repetitive tasks across IT operations—including provisioning, patch management, alerting, onboarding/offboarding, and reporting. Use scripting (PowerShell, Python, or Bash) and orchestration platforms (e.g., n8n, Power Automate, or similar) to keep manual intervention to a minimum.</p>\n<p>🔐<strong> SECURITY, COMPLIANCE &amp; IDENTITY</strong><br>Build and enforce robust access control policies, identity management frameworks (SSO, MFA, Zero Trust), and compliance standards. Use data-driven monitoring and AI-assisted anomaly detection to stay ahead of threats rather than react to them.</p>\n<p>📊 <strong>DATA-DRIVEN IT MANAGEMENT</strong><br>Instrument your environment with dashboards and metrics that give real visibility into system health, SLAs, ticket trends, and operational performance. You're comfortable prompting, evaluating, and iterating with AI to solve real problems, not just experimenting occasionally.</p>\n<p>🔧 Proven experience designing and implementing automation solutions using RMM platforms, scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, or Bash), and workflow orchestration tools.</p>\n<p>🔒 Strong command of security fundamentals—identity and access management, endpoint protection, Zero Trust principles, and relevant compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA).</p>\n<p>📊 Hands-on experience with monitoring, observability, and analytics tools.
