Maintain preventive maintenance protocol to ensure optimum fleet operation. &nbsp;Working the overnight shift.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Performs preventive and routine maintenance on all vessels, trolleys, ramps, and any other marine-related equipment.</li><li>Perform in-house repairs on main engines, generators, electrical, hydraulic, and air systems.</li><li>Respond to equipment casualties and determine a strategy for repair</li><li>Follow established preventive maintenance schedules and procedures</li><li>Present professional attire at all times</li><li>Maintain proper documentation of all maintenance, repairs, and observations</li><li>Comply with all Fisher Island standards, policies, and procedures.</li><li>Supervise and teach other mechanics on operational needs.&nbsp;</li><li>Communicate (read, write, speak) professionally</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by management</li><li>Maintain working areas clean.</li></ul><h1><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Education/ Skills/ Work Experience Required</span></h1><ul><li>High School Diploma and trade school certificates</li><li>(5) years of experience with Marine diesel engines, gasoline engines, and hydraulic systems.</li><li>Must be able to read and interpret technical manuals.</li><li>Excellent communication skills (speak, read, write English)</li><li>Ability to multitask and work a flexible schedule</li><li>Valid Driver&#39;s License</li><li>Working an overnight shift</li></ul><h2>&nbsp;</h2><h2>Working Conditions</h2><ul><li>Indoor/Outdoor environment&nbsp;</li><li>&nbsp;Overnight</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><div><div class=\"fr-view\"><div><div class=\"fr-view\"><p><br></p></div></div></div></div><p><br></p></div></div></div></div></div>\n<br/>Overnight shift schedule.",
