What You’ll Do: As a Security Officer , you are a vital part of our team. You'll support the organization through a variety of duties including: Regularly patrol campus and other clinic sites to maintain a safe and welcoming environment Respond calmly and effectively to suspicious behavior, potential threats, or emergencies Use de-escalation techniques to resolve conflicts and maintain peace Provide exceptional customer service, assist with directions, jumpstarts, escorts, and more Monitor surveillance cameras, secure areas, and ensure safety protocols are followed Partner with local law enforcement when needed Maintain daily logs, incident reports, and manage access systems Why PTHA?
