If you are dedicated and compassionate, <strong>WE WANT YOU! </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What Will You Do in This Role? </strong></p>\n<p>As a Payroll Manager, you are responsible for carrying out community payroll operations in accordance with company policies and procedures, applicable state and federal laws, and under the supervision of the Payroll/HR Regional Consultant. This role is also responsible for general payroll duties not limited to compensation, employment status, and employee benefits.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Do You Have What It Takes?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>A fire and passion for working with seniors</li>\n <li>A flexible, fun, and energetic personality</li>\n <li>High school diploma, or equivalent, required</li>\n <li>Minimum of two years of prior payroll experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required</li>\n <li>Current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations</li>\n <li>Must possess strong personal organization and time management with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy</li>\n <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook required</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of payroll accounting, payroll best practices, and payroll application systems</li>\n <li>Must possess a strong work ethic and be a team player</li>\n <li>Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material required</li>\n <li>Professional image in both appearance and behavior</li>\n <li>Excellent written and oral communication skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Why is Tutera THE Employer of Choice? </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is guided by one single purpose: <strong>To live the YOUNITE philosophy in every decision, every day</strong>.
