      "content": "<div>\n<p data-start=\"3176\" data-end=\"3236\">Qualified candidates should meet the following requirements:</p>\n<ul data-start=\"3238\" data-end=\"4066\">\n<li data-section-id=\"6c4ehx\" data-start=\"3238\" data-end=\"3321\">Must meet Massachusetts EEC requirements for a Preschool/Pre-K Teacher position</li>\n<li data-section-id=\"18azl7p\" data-start=\"3322\" data-end=\"3442\">Previous experience working in a preschool, pre-kindergarten, daycare, or early childhood education setting required</li>\n<li data-section-id=\"h9uhcg\" data-start=\"3443\" data-end=\"3519\" style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><strong>EEC Lead Teacher Certification required</strong></li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1sjulhk\" data-start=\"3520\" data-end=\"3601\">CDA, Associate’s Degree, or coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred</li>\n<li data-section-id=\"qu6y9u\" data-start=\"3602\" data-end=\"3712\">Strong understanding of child development, classroom management, and developmentally appropriate practices</li>\n<li data-section-id=\"14d5rin\" data-start=\"3713\" data-end=\"3821\">Ability to create a positive, nurturing, and structured learning environment for preschool-aged children</li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1f3yxvs\" data-start=\"3822\" data-end=\"3900\">Strong communication, professionalism, teamwork, and organizational skills</li>\n<li data-section-id=\"4b9wh7\" data-start=\"3901\" data-end=\"4066\">Ability to actively engage with children throughout the day, including sitting on the floor, bending, lifting, and participating in indoor and outdoor activities</li>\n\n<p data-start=\"4068\" data-end=\"4204\">All offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of all required Massachusetts background checks and EEC requirements.</p>\n</ul></div>"
