    "requisitionDescription": "<div><link href=\"https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/css/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/css/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p><strong>SH1 Shift Supervisor Job Description</strong></p><p style=\"line-height: 1;\">Full time role</p><p style=\"line-height: 1;\">Location: Bronx, NY</p><ul><li>Create and coordinate the schedules of the operations staff to ensure there is 24-hour/7 coverage at the facility.&nbsp;</li><li>Determine the trainings needed for the operations staff.&nbsp;</li><li>Schedule monthly operations staff meetings and provide guidance on changing policies and protocols or the program.&nbsp;</li><li>Approve operations staff hours for bi-weekly timecards</li><li>&nbsp;Complete performance evaluations for assigned team&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure the safety, security and integrity of all residents and guests, as well as the physical environment of the facility.&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct periodic facility walk-throughs during shift.&nbsp;</li><li>Schedule and assist in monthly fire drills, and ensure all residents are out of the facility safely.&nbsp;</li><li>Attend all trainings and meetings directed by your supervisor.</li><li>Work independently with minimal supervision.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide excellent customer service and confidentiality at all times.&nbsp;</li><li>Communicate with the clinical staff regarding client&rsquo;s behaviors.&nbsp;</li><li>Enforce the Residential Code of Conduct and/or House Rules at all times.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor the security cameras and fire panel frequently during a shift.&nbsp;</li><li>Complete all administrative paperwork as it relates to completing incident reports, shift summaries, work orders.</li><li>Oversee and track bed management procedure for the facility</li><li>Coordinate completion of client intakes once new clients arrive onsite</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Minimum of one years in a supervisory capacity preferred</li><li>Minimum two years working with homeless or special needs population</li><li>Demonstrated experience and success working with diverse individuals and special needs populations</li><li>Trained in CPR &amp; First Aid, Opiate Overdose Prevention, Fire Safety Systems (F80), crisis intervention, de-escalation preferred, Food Handlers certification</li><li>Solid verbal and written skills</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or equivalent experience preferred</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor</li></ul></div></div>\n",
