In our core practice areas of healthcare services, information technology, hospitals and senior living, Ziegler is one of the most active M&amp;A firms offering innovative sell-side, buy-side, recapitalization/restructuring, equity private placement and strategic partnering services.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>POSITION OVERVIEW&nbsp;</strong></p><p>The Associate will be responsible for leading the analytical work in support of new business development and transaction execution, as well as, assisting senior bankers in the development and delivery of value-added investment banking products and services to clients and prospects. The Associate should expect a great deal of client exposure and will develop skill sets in the fundamentals of valuation, business strategy and client communication.
