Leaders and field personnel work closely together to coordinate daily operations, support one another, and maintain a positive, safety-focused culture built on accountability and professionalism.</p>\n<h2>Work Environment</h2>\n<p>The role offers a dynamic work environment that combines field supervision, customer interaction, and operational coordination within the oilfield services industry. Employees can expect a hands-on atmosphere with a mix of office, field, and on-call responsibilities supporting critical operations and equipment performance.</p>\n<h2>A Day in The Life</h2>\n<p><strong>Leadership & Team Development</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide leadership, coaching, and support to field personnel.</li>\n <li>Promote a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment.</li>\n <li>Support employee development, training, and competency tracking.</li>\n <li>Assist with scheduling personnel rotations and operational coverage requirements.</li>\n <li>Participate in a rotational supervisory structure including on-call, field, and support responsibilities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Operations Coordination & Communication</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Respond to customer and field personnel calls in a timely and professional manner.</li>\n <li>Coordinate daily operational activities, equipment moves, and service requirements.</li>\n <li>Maintain clear communication between customers, field crews, dispatch, shop, and management.</li>\n <li>Handle after-hours operational support requirements during on-call rotation.</li>\n <li>Ensure operational priorities and field issues are communicated effectively and actioned promptly.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Field Operations</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct regular field and site visits to monitor operations, equipment condition, and personnel performance.</li>\n <li>Support field troubleshooting and operational decision-making.</li>\n <li>Coordinate equipment mobilization, demobilization, maintenance, and readiness.</li>\n <li>Support centrifuge operations and oversee rental equipment utilization and field performance.</li>\n <li>Assist with planning upcoming work scopes and field requirements.</li>\n <li>Ensure field documentation and operational paperwork are completed accurately and on time.</li>\n <li>Attend customer, safety, and operational meetings as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Customer & Business Support</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and field contacts.</li>\n <li>Address customer concerns and operational issues professionally and efficiently.</li>\n <li>Support operational planning and execution to ensure customer expectations are met.</li>\n <li>Work collaboratively with internal departments, including Operations, Billing, Safety, and Shop teams.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Safety, Compliance & Quality</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Promote and uphold SECURE’s safety culture and safe operating practices.</li>\n <li>Ensure all personnel maintain required certifications, competencies, and training.</li>\n <li>Assist with the implementation and enforcement of company policies, procedures, and safety standards.</li>\n <li>Participate in incident reviews, hazard assessments, and safety meetings as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Financial & Administrative Oversight</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Review operational paperwork, field tickets, and reporting for accuracy and completeness.</li>\n <li>Support operational cost control and equipment utilization efforts.</li>\n <li>Assist with tracking operational activity, billing information, and reporting requirements.</li>\n <li>Maintain organized operational records and documentation.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Skills, Experience & Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 5+ years of oilfield operations experience.</li>\n <li>Experience with centrifuge operations, pumps, tanks, and related rental equipment is strongly preferred.</li>\n <li>Previous supervisory or leadership experience within oilfield operations is preferred.</li>\n <li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.</li>\n <li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.</li>\n <li>Ability to work effectively within a team-based operational environment.</li>\n <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and operational reporting systems.</li>\n <li>Valid H2S Alive, First Aid, and WHMIS certifications.</li>\n <li>Valid Class 5 Alberta Driver’s License with acceptable abstract.</li>\n <li>Willingness to participate in a rotational supervisory schedule including on-call duties and field support.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What's in it for you</h2>\n<p>At SECURE, we focus on opportunities for growth and improvement for our employees, our customers, our partners, and the communities we operate in.
