Benefits include:</p><ul><li>401k Match</li><li>Medical</li><li>Dental</li><li>Vision</li><li>PTO</li><li>Paid Holidays</li><li>Tuition Reimbursement</li></ul><p></p><p><b>We’re looking for candidates who: </b></p><p><b>Required Qualifications: </b></p><p></p><p><u>Education:</u></p><p>Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or related field</p><p></p><p><u>Experience:</u></p><p>Leadership experience to include coaching, mentoring, challenging and enabling employees to successfully meet objectives and goals.</p><p></p><p>Experience to include:</p><ul><li>Leading the development and implementation of complex corporate projects including the preparation of cost justifications, proposals and risk assessments</li><li>Development of complex financial/mathematical models using macros and other advanced spreadsheet applications</li><li>Analyzing and defining resource and skill requirements for projects</li><li>Developing and applying cost accounting principles and methods</li><li>Analyzing projects for forecasting and budgeting purposes</li><li>Advising and developing technical staff in the application and development of emerging budget, forecast and analysis techniques</li><li>Preparation and analysis of statistical and financial data</li></ul><p></p><p>Management experience to include:</p><ul><li>Providing work direction and guidance</li><li>Organization and planning</li><li>Coordinating and delegating responsibility</li><li>Budget preparation</li></ul><p></p><p><u>Knowledge and Skills:</u></p><p>Knowledge of economic regression analysis of variables that drive corporate financial results and product profitability</p><p></p><p>Strong presentation, persuasion and interpersonal skills including report/proposal preparation and presentation</p><p></p><p>Ability to:</p><ul><li>Oversee and guide initiatives to completion</li><li>Provide clear directives and effectively communicate goals and objectives to team</li><li>Communicate and transition corporate/financial goals into individual plans</li><li>Evaluating a complex business process and understanding the interdependencies between components</li><li>Building consensus between business/financial operations and project teams</li><li>Interact with executives in the organization, outside vendors/consultants and/or regulators with a high degree of credibility and professionalism</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></p><p></p><p><u>Education:</u></p><p>Master’s degree in a related field and /or/professional designation (e.g.  Certified Financial Analyst, Certified Managerial Accountant or Certified Public Accountant) or Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Chartered Enterprise Risk Analyst (CERA), Associate in Reinsurance (ARE), etc.</p><p></p><p><u>Experience:</u></p><p>Experience conducting cost-benefit-analysis (CBA) for large investment projects</p><p></p><p></p><p><b><u>Work Environment </u></b></p><p><i>This is a hybrid work arrangement (time spent in office and remote). Depending on the employee&#39;s role and leadership&#39;s assessment, some employees will come in to an ACG facility on a weekly basis, a monthly basis, or on an &#34;as needed&#34; basis for key meetings and collaborative activities.
