They will be responsible for the timely and accurate creation and approval of insurance invoices and supplements.\n\n Pay Range: $54,000.00 – $75,000.00 annually DOE \n Job Type: Full Time, in office (Boise, ID , Spokane, WA or Murray, UT)\n\n Minimum Qualifications\n\n High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree in accounting, business administration, construction management, or a related field is preferred.\n A minimum of one to two years of experience in invoicing, billing, estimating, accounts receivable, or project management. Ideally within the construction, roofing, or home services industry. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.\n Demonstrated ability to generate, review, and submit accurate invoices for completed residential and commercial projects. Experience reconciling job costs against contracts, change orders, and scope of work documents.\n Working knowledge of the insurance restoration process, including the ability to read and interpret Xactimate estimates, insurance scopes, and supplements. Experience invoicing insurance carriers, mortgage companies, or third party claims administrators. Familiarity with Xactimate or similar estimating software is a plus.\n Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and detail oriented approach. Ability to coordinate with project managers, insurance adjusters, sales teams, and office staff to ensure billing accuracy.
