          "text": "<p><strong><u>Requirements Include:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university</li><li>Certified Civil Engineer-in-Training (E.I.T.)</li><li>Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) preferred</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the design of commercial, office, mixed-use, multi-family residential, education, municipal, and/or Federal projects</li><li>Strong technical skills in site layout, grading and drainage, and site utility design</li><li>Technical experience with hydrologic and hydraulic calculations, technical studies, mapping documents, preparation and processing of public improvement and grading plans, and earthwork calculations</li><li>Ability to prepare Hydrology Studies, Stormwater Quality Management Plans (SWQMPs), and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs)</li><li>Experience working in the City and County of San Diego preferred</li><li>Experience coordinating with a multi-discipline design team</li><li>Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, including surfaces and pipe networks</li><li>Specification preparation experience preferred</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Excellent time management skills</li></ul>",
