Build and ship AI-powered workflows that eliminate manual work at scale Scout for opportunities across every team: spot what's broken or clunky and then go build solutions people want to use Test new AI tools as they launch, evaluate what's genuinely useful, and move fast to put the best ones to work Measure the impact of what you ship and if it's not working, iterate until it does Create a culture where AI-assisted thinking becomes how every team operates Who You Are Astronauts don't just follow checklists; they improvise under pressure, learn on the fly, and keep moving when things get hard.
