Generate RFI's (Requests for Information) as required to ensure completeness of the project documents and identifying and clarifying any discrepancies. Work with the project team to follow the company’s quality control program for the project. Conduct preconstruction planning meetings. Conduct on-site project meetings with subcontractors and construction trades lead personnel to clearly identify scope of work and quality expectations. Manage subcontractors for all work performed on-site. Set an example in keeping the job site organized and clean, including meeting standards for waste disposal and environmental protection. Track site progress, capture progress photos and report subcontractor onsite manhours utilizing an app on your phone.
