Your mission
We in Etops are a very intensely cooperating team where every single person takes a complex responsibility for a client and/or projects from A-Z. Everyone in our team is key to our success - individually and as a team. Everyone matters.
In the role of Head of IFA Sales & Partnerships, we are looking for a commercially driven leader who will build and scale our IFA channel in Germany. This role combines hands-on sales leadership with team development and market expansion, focusing on sustainable revenue growth and strong client relationships within the advisor ecosystem. This is a high-impact leadership role with direct influence on Etops’ growth strategy in the German market.
Your role and responsibility
In this position you will be responsible for: Driving new business and scaling the IFA channel in Germany Owning revenue growth, pipeline development, and key strategic accounts Building, leading, and developing a high-performing sales and client success team Establishing and expanding relationships with IFAs, wealth managers, and strategic partners Identifying and executing on growth opportunities in the German advisor market Collaborating closely with product, marketing, and senior leadership teams
Your experience and profile
We are looking for:
Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or account management Strong leadership experience, including building and managing commercial teams Experience in financial services, SaaS, or platform-based business models Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and execution focus IFA or wealth experience University degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred Fluent in German and English
