You will expertly clean, service, and refresh guest rooms daily to deliver that fresh, welcoming vibe every time. This is a physically active position requiring strength, stamina, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset in a resort-scale environment. We're looking for availability with <strong>AM shifts: Mon-Sat 8am-4:30pm, Sundays 9am-5:30pm. For full-time team members, we also offer comprehensive Medical/Dental/Vision plans and employer-paid life insurance for added peace of mind. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#TownCountrySD </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Clean and service guest rooms per resort standards: make beds, replace linens and terry, dust, vacuum floors, sanitize bathrooms, and refresh all surfaces for flawless presentation.​</li>\n <li><p>Collect soiled linens, inspect for issues; restock towels, toiletries, water, minibar to par levels.​</p></li>\n <li><p>Use vacuums/carts correctly; report maintenance/hazards to supervisor or engineering.​</p></li>\n <li><p>Keep carts, storage, equipment clean, organized, and on schedule.​</p></li>\n <li><p>Handle guest requests courteously, especially during peaks/events.​</p></li>\n <li><p>Follow safety, sanitation, chemical, and PPE protocols for check-in readiness.​</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Experience:</strong> Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is strongly preferred — but if you bring a positive attitude and take pride in creating clean, comfortable spaces, we’ll provide the training you need to shine.</li>\n <li><p><strong>Knowledge:</strong> Basic understanding of cleaning methods, linen care, and the safe use of chemicals and housekeeping tools.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Strengths:</strong> Dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about making every guest room welcoming and spotless. Must be able to stay active throughout the day and manage multiple tasks efficiently.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Flexibility:</strong> Availability for varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, is essential in our fast-paced resort environment.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Language:</strong> Ability to understand and follow basic English instructions.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Physical Requirements</h2>\n<p>This role demands high energy and physical stamina—candidates must be ready to tackle these requirements:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Must be able to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to lift, push, and pull (linens, vacuum cleaners, and cleaning supplies).</p></li>\n <li><p>Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, and stretching while making beds and cleaning rooms.</p></li>\n <li><p>Must be comfortable using cleaning chemicals and housekeeping tools safely.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to climb stairs when needed and work across multiple buildings throughout the resort.</p></li>\n</ul>",
