This strategic role is responsible for developing and maintaining vendor partnerships, negotiating contracts, and leveraging Hall’s purchasing power to achieve cost savings, operational efficiency, and compliance. This position supports Estimating, Project Management, and Operations by ensuring timely procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontracted services. This role will interact with Estimators, PMs, Division Managers, Leadership, Subcontractors, and Vendors — professionalism in all interactions is expected. You will be responsible for overseeing procurement processes, vendor performance, contract execution, and continuous improvement of company-wide purchasing strategies. As a Procurement Manager you will lead initiatives that influence long-term cost control while ensuring alignment with Hall’s risk, scope, and financial standards.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Your day-to-day will look like: </em></span><br><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Lead the full procurement cycle — sourcing, negotiating, contracting, issuing POs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Develop, maintain, and optimize Hall’s Preferred Vendor &amp;
