          "text": "<p>You are responsible for the management of payables and the impact on the theoretical inventory of the stores assigned to him/her according to the standards and policies established by the head office of UAP Inc.&#xa0;&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Prepare control reports that establishes the value of store inventories.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Performs various clerical tasks. For example, coding invoices, cost reports, claims registers, discrepancy reports and centralized store document&#xa0;management;&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Validate various TAMS reports, store document filing, various head office documents.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Validate the purchase journal, general ledger and make the necessary arrangements to allow the stakeholders to post an annual inventory take.&#xa0;</li><li>Manages and controls the arrival of internal mail and mail from the stores.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Implements actions and makes decisions that generally have limited impact on departmental results.&#xa0;</li></ul>",
