You'll be part of the Operations Hub - the team responsible for the core business logic powering OfficeRnD's Flex product. We’ve stayed ahead of our competition so far because of our ability to deliver elegant, high-quality software in quick iterations, and we want to double down on that. Our tech stack includes Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, MongoDB, Redis, and a few other technologies.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">If you are an experienced fullstack engineer who enjoys owning features end-to-end, solving complex problems, and delivering high-quality software in fast iterations, this role will be a strong fit.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Review peer code to ensure correctness, performance, maintainability, and knowledge sharing.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Write unit and integration tests and collaborate with QA engineers responsible for API and end-to-end test coverage.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; Java or .NET also valued)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience designing and working with APIs and distributed systems</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Solid understanding of databases and data modeling</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Hands-on experience building, deploying, and operating production systems</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
