Sales Specialist - Florida
Senior Living Sales Experience Required. Candidates must live in Florida.
American House Senior Living Communities
American House is seeking a motivated and compassionate Sales Specialist to help drive occupancy and revenue growth across assigned senior living communities within a geographic region. In this role, you will build strong relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral partners while guiding leads through the sales process from first inquiry to move-in.
This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who is results-driven, organized, and passionate about helping seniors find the right living solution.
What You’ll Do
Drive occupancy and revenue performance for assigned communities
Develop and execute a strategic business plan to support sales goals
Manage lead activity, conversions, and move-in metrics in YARDI CRM
Conduct daily outreach to prospects to schedule tours and virtual tours
Provide community tours to prospective residents, families, and referral partners
Build and maintain professional referral relationships to generate new leads
Create urgency and momentum throughout the sales process to support timely decision-making
Plan and support marketing initiatives, community events, and outreach efforts
Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects, families, and internal team members
Partner closely with community and regional leadership to achieve shared goals
Complete weekly occupancy reports, marketing plans, competitive analysis, and other required sales reporting
Represent and promote the American House mission, culture, and standards in every interaction
What We’re Looking For
Proven sales success, preferably in the senior housing industry , with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
Strong ability to uncover prospect needs and connect them with the right services
Confident closing skills paired with empathy, professionalism, and compassion
Excellent time management across lead generation, advancement, conversion, and business development
Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
Comfort using Microsoft Office and CRM systems , including YARDI
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or other non-traditional hours as needed
Willingness to travel locally within the assigned region
