          "text": "<p><em>Location:&#xa0;NYC (Hybrid – at least 3 days onsite/week)</em></p><p><em>Visa Sponsorship:&#xa0;Talan does not sponsor U.S. work permits or employment visas.</em></p><p>We are seeking a hands-on <strong>SWIFT Technical Integrator</strong> to join our team and lead critical upgrade, migration, and integration initiatives within a banking infrastructure environment.</p><p>This role is highly operational and requires strong ownership across the full lifecycle — from environment setup and installation to production deployment and post-go-live support.</p><p>The ideal candidate brings solid experience working with SWIFT platforms (or similar messaging/payment systems), combined with strong Linux, Oracle, and middleware exposure.</p><p><u><strong>Role and responsibilities</strong></u></p><ul><li>Lead end-to-end SWIFT upgrade and migration activities, including planning, installation, integration, and production deployment.</li><li>Analyze and validate software and infrastructure requirements (OS, middleware, hardware) for new platform versions.</li><li>Coordinate the setup of infrastructure components (VMs, OS, VLANs, firewall rules, middleware such as MQ or sFTP).</li><li>Install, configure, and upgrade SWIFT applications across test and production environments.</li><li>Migrate and adapt system scripts and automated jobs (ksh/bash), ensuring continuity and stability during transitions.</li><li>Coordinate and support integration testing, ensuring systems and interfaces are fully operational before business validation.</li><li>Lead troubleshooting and incident resolution, working closely with infrastructure teams, application support, and external vendors.</li><li>Prepare and maintain deployment documentation, runbooks, and go-live checklists, ensuring smooth handover to production support teams.</li><li>Coordinate production releases and go-live activities, ensuring proper execution within change management frameworks.</li><li>Contribute to both BAU and change initiatives, with a focus on system reliability, stability, and continuous improvement.</li></ul>",
