    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\">UTILITY TRAILER OF TEXAS, INC.</p><p>OUTSIDE PARTS SALES REPRESENTATIVE</p><p>Job Functions:</p><p>&bull; &nbsp;Solicits territorial parts sales business through personal contact and telephone contact.</p><p>&bull; &nbsp;Proactively advise customer on questions about products, prices, availability and product features.</p><p>&bull; &nbsp;Locate, obtain and or order part(s) for each sale on accordance with company procedure.</p><p>&bull; &nbsp;Services customer accounts. Investigates problems, quotes prices and delivery, etc.</p><p>&bull; &nbsp;Assists Parts Manager in establishing pricing so as to maximize gross profit while still maintaining completive position.</p><p>&bull; &nbsp;Maintains confidentiality of pricing structure.</p><p>&bull; &nbsp;Sign up new accounts and grow sales within new accounts.</p><p>&bull; &nbsp;Be vigilant to new customer opportunities within assigned sales territory.</p><p>&bull; &nbsp;In conjunction with Parts Manager, continually evaluates customers and their needs so as to determine the best combination of personal and telephone contacts that will maximize sales potential(s).</p><p>&bull; &nbsp;Provides territorial feedback regarding market trends, completive activity, public attitudes, etc.</p><p>&bull; &nbsp;Other activities as appropriate.</p><p>&bull; &nbsp;Referring to parts manuals (both hard copy and electronic format) to identify exactly the right part(s) for the make, model and year of trailers being serviced.</p><p>&bull; &nbsp;Provide the same high level of service to the other departments as is given to other customers.</p><p>&bull; &nbsp;Keep current on new products and product updates.</p><p>&bull; &nbsp;Perform other duties as assigned by management.</p><p>&bull; &nbsp;Must follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor.</p><p><br></p><p>Job Requirements:</p><p>&bull; &nbsp;Assist with AR Collections when needed.</p><p>&bull; &nbsp;Excellent communication skills, must dress in professional appearance.</p><p>&bull; &nbsp;Good computer, data entry, and Microsoft Word/ Excel skills.</p><p>&bull; &nbsp;Excellent organizational and filing skills.</p><p>&bull; &nbsp;Ability to work on multiple tasks with varying deadlines.</p><p><br></p><p>Physical Demands:</p><p>&bull; &nbsp;Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs to be able to pull and move heavy duty parts.
