    "description": "<h2> Overview </h2>\n<p>We are seeking an SAP Data & Analytics MDG Analyst to support a large-scale ERP modernization initiative within a highly regulated federal environment. This role focuses on supporting Master Data Governance (MDG) processes, data quality, and reporting activities within an SAP S/4HANA landscape.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The analyst will assist with data management, workflow support, and analytics efforts to help ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of enterprise master data.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is a <strong>75% remote position</strong> with approximately <strong>25% quarterly travel to the Washington, DC metro area</strong>. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be <strong>U.S. Citizens with an Active Secret Clearance</strong>.</p>\n<h2> Responsibilities </h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Support the configuration and maintenance of SAP MDG processes and data models across key domains (e.g., Finance, Business Partner, Materials)</li>\n <li>Assist with data validation, cleansing, and governance activities to ensure data quality and consistency</li>\n <li>Support change request workflows, including basic configuration and monitoring of approvals</li>\n <li>Assist with data integration and replication activities, including monitoring interfaces and resolving data issues</li>\n <li>Perform data analysis and reporting, leveraging SAP tools to identify trends, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities</li>\n <li>Support data quality monitoring efforts, including dashboards and remediation activities</li>\n <li>Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure master data supports business processes and reporting needs</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot basic MDG-related issues, escalating more complex problems as needed</li>\n <li>Maintain documentation related to data processes, workflows, and governance standards</li>\n</ul>\n<h2> Qualifications </h2>\n<ul>\n <li>U.S. Citizenship required with an <strong>Active Secret Clearance</strong> or higher</li>\n <li>2–5 years of experience with SAP, data management, or ERP systems</li>\n <li>Exposure to SAP MDG, data governance, or master data processes preferred</li>\n <li>Familiarity with data analysis, reporting, or analytics tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud or similar)</li>\n <li>Basic understanding of SAP S/4HANA and enterprise data structures (e.g., Business Partner, Financial data)</li>\n <li>Ability to analyze and reconcile data issues with attention to detail</li>\n <li>Strong problem-solving and organizational skills</li>\n <li>Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment</li>\n <li>Experience with data integration or ETL concepts is a plus</li>\n <li>Experience in a federal or highly regulated environment preferred</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<h2> </h2>\n<ul>\n <li><em>W2 Hourly rate starts at $70.54.
